Competent court

If there is a need for a lawsuit regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court, which has jurisdiction over the location of “Nakayoshi Koyoshi Safety Club” will be the agreed jurisdiction court.
Japanese law is the governing law for the interpretation and application of these Terms of Use.
